Message from Founder and President:
Mr Yuen Chun Yan, Sam (袁雋殷先生)

Although Hong Kong is a cosmopolitan city, racial discrimination is a vital problem in society. There are many disputes and misunderstandings between the ethnic minorities and the locals. Therefore, Cultural Bloom has become a panacea to improve the status quo. By participating in various kinds of activities, people from different backgrounds can make friends with each other and eliminate the misunderstandings. When I look back on the progress of Cultural Bloom, the smiling faces are the most valuable thing. Please continue to support Cultural Bloom, making the city flourish together.
